Each spring, members of Godiva offer clinics to co-ed and women's college and high school ultimate teams. For three or four hours, we teach teams various strategies for playing high level ultimate. Teams learn how to run more effective practices, how to condition to their fullest potential, how to make efficient cuts and throws, and how to better communicate as a team. We tailor the clinic for each team to address specific skills as well as offensive and defensive strategy. We also talk about the philosophy and solid fundamentals which have mad Godiva the most successful team in ultimate.
