| Lady Godiva Clinics Each spring, members of Godiva offer clinics to co-ed and women's college and high school ultimate teams. For four hours, we teach teams various strategies for playing high level ultimate. Teams learn how to run more effective practices, how to condition to their fullest potential, how to make efficient cuts and throws, and how to better communicate as a team. We also talk about the Godiva philosophy and teach fundamentals applicable to any team which have made Godiva the most successful team in ultimate. If you are interested, please contact Jess Blanton to discuss dates, fees, and any other questions. The earlier your team can participate, the more time your team has to build on and improve skills they learn at the clinic! |
